30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Hoodies must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with the original packaging.

Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
